Highlights of March 29, 2003 Meeting

Prior to this Special meeting, the Nominations Committee put members of the new executive in contact with each other so introductions could take place.
Present: All new Executive members were present, one Public Representative, former Transition Council Chairperson and D. Randall, the new Registrar as of March 2003.

• This Special meeting was called allow the Transitional Council to complete its term.
• Legal Council for the College was secured, based on the desire to maintain continuity with the Transitional Council's work.
• The process of obtaining the needed Public Representation was reviewed.
• Signing Authority was established as planned for by the Transitional Council and its Treasurer.
• The First regular meeting of the Executive Council was scheduled for April 5, 2003.
