- The Registrar’s report showed a slight decrease in the number of licensed members from 456 to 453 with 35 applications pending.
- Upon recommendation of the Registration Committee, Council accepted the procedures outlined in the paper Dealing with Oral Interview Examination Incomplete Passes or Failures developed by the Deputy Registrar in consultation with the Registrar. The procedures provide for an automatic review when an Oral Interview has been failed
- With a few minor adjustments, approval was given to post on the College website the guidelines on determining Continuing Education Credits with a sample record form. Members are given notice that beginning Jan. 1, 2005, appropriate credits are to be sought and documented annually.
